Facilitator's GuideIn preparing for your first learning team meeting, please be thinking about the following items and share them with your team:
- Post a message on your blog before your first meeting that encourages your team to look for patterns of strenghts and weaknesses as they continue to get to know their students and work on CASTLES over the next few weeks. They should also be thinking about meaning learning opportunities for your team.
- At your first meeting, begin to identify strengths and weaknesses of the students you teach. Use a T-chart on a chart to brainstorm these. (Plan to bring your chart to our facilitator meeting on September 21)
- When blogging about your first team meeting, please share an example of a strength and weakness that was identified. Please do not list all the strenghts and weaknesses.
